Understanding why and how we react or feel the way we do in relationships, with others, is a step toward a healthy, grounded, and fulfilled place in the world. Working with a trained psychotherapist will help you explore your life with different lenses and introduce alternative choices and pathways

I believe that therapy is a journey undertaken, by both the therapist and client in a safe space, wherein which personal exploration and growth can occur. You will be in a process of growth and change throughout our time together, and you will most likely make changes in your life after we finish our work together. Starting therapy can have its benefits, especially when going through stressful situations. I hope to provide you with a space that will facilitate growth and understanding.
